In May 2009, I was fitter and healthier but my weight had remained constant over a previous year of continuous exercise. Being somewhat overweight I approached Emma to discuss how I might amend my diet to try to lose weight. Following consultation and body fat calculation, I began to follow simple nutritional guidelines that did not involve calorie or point counting and still allowed a realistic eating regime. Six months later I am now a stone and a half lighter and, having continued to exercise with Synergy Bootcamps, I have completely altered my body shape. Perhaps, most importantly, I have changed my eating habits permanently and am confident that I can retain my current weight loss.
