I lost 11 Lbs!

I am 38 years old and recently completed The Fat Loss Club's 21-Day Results Program under the guidance of Emma Robertson. I have never previously tried any diets or fat loss programs to help with weight loss but after seeing the results of friends who have completed the program and after attending the Fat Loss presentation I decided to give it a try myself.
